| Résumé/Citation: | Extra-salary benefits are provided herewith for dismissed civil servants who have not reached retirement age and have a right to unemployment assistance. This decree harmonizes the civil servants unemployment benefit package with the general Unemployment Act and provides for modified methods of calculating unemployment benefits. |
