| Résumé/Citation: | This text contributes to conforming all social security provisions for civil servants to the general social security provisions for workers in the private sector as outlined in the Disabled Workers Insurance Benefits Act ("WAO"). The sector national police is herewith harmonized with the privatization of the General Civilian Pension Funds ("ABP") and the salary and benefit regulations are herewith standardized. The General Legal Procedure Police Decree was first published in Stb.214, 1994 and the Police Salary Decree was first published in Stb.215, 1994.
