Amends sections 1 (list of the Acts which are within the competence of the Workers' Council: Acts concerning working time, paid leave, the use of children and young persons in work and generally questions concerning occupational safety and health), and 9 (lists the institutions and other entities which may request the Workers' Council to give their view on the application or interpretation of the Acts defined in section 1).
