| Résumé/Citation: | This act concerns specifically the employees of the royal household and aims at harmonizing the social security benefits, pension plans and dismissal regulations with those of the General Civil Pension Fund (ABP). The latter Act affects the ABP Privatization Act of 1995 (Stb.No.639). The present Act cancels the Act of 27 July 1960 which established the regulations concerning pensions for the staff of the royal household (Stb.No.314, 1960). |
