Abstract/Citation
The purpose of this decree is to place more responsibility for health care on the private individual. It provides for a required yearly minimum fee which individuals must pay (deductible) and which should encourage greater personal responsibility for covering private medical costs or extra costs incurred during hospitalization. The Distribution Health Fund Insurance Decree was most recently presented in Stb. No.63, 1996. Both above Decrees were most recently described in Stb. No.430, 1995, and entered into force in Stb. No.526, 1995.
