This Fishing Vessel Decree was initially established in accordance with the guidelines (Nr.93/103/EG) of the Council of the European Community of 23 November 1993 and now is entered into force for the Netherlands Antilles on 1 November 1996. (For an earlier publication and amendments of this Decree, see Stb.No.456, 1995).
