Résumé/Citation:	School is compulsory until the age of 16. Only children above 14 years may be admitted in vocational schools. Education in public general schools, vocational schools and colleges shall be free of charge. Rights and duties of teachers are also provided for (right to suitable working conditions, entitlement to 48 working days of holidays and to further training, and right to join "social organizations").
