| Résumé/Citation: | Governs recognition of areas as export porcessing zones. No overtime shall be paid for work which does not exceed 45 hours a week. A female employee who has had three confinements, if pregnant, shall be entitled to maternity leave without pay. Part IV of the Labour Act does not apply to employees in EPZs except in the case of unfair dismissal. |
