Establishes a Training and Employment of Disabled Persons Board with the purpose of operating schemes to promote the employment of disabled persons and to prevent discrimination against them. Employers with 35 or more employees shall hire disabled workers so as to represent 3 per cent of the total work force. Prohibits discrimination based on disability in recruitment, allocation of wages, and other employment matters. |
