Abstract/Citation
Promulgated by Decision of 5 July 1996. Employers must ensure occupational safety mainly through the protection of young workers, women and workers with reduced capacities, the use of protective equipment and control of highly dangerous work places. Also provides for rights and obligations of workers. Specifies activities related to occupational safety (education, service of occupational medicine, institutions and associations for occupational safety). Available in English.
