| Résumé/Citation: | Put into effect by Decree No. 217 of 16 July 1996. Provides for acquisition of nationality (by origin, birth, grant, international agreements), cases of deprivation of nationality (by renouncement, refusal, international agreements) and related procedures. A Yugoslav citizen who also has the nationality of a foreign country is considered Yugoslav when he is on the territory of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. Available in English. |
