Implements EC Directive 92/57/EEC of 24 June 1994 concerning the minimum prescriptions with respect to safety and health at temporary and mobile construction sites. Deals with general obligations concerning construction sites and the design of buildings. Addresses all parties in the construction process, inter alia employers, employees, self-employed, principals and designers. Available in English with explanatory memorandum.
