Decree of 24 June 1994 to: a) amend the 1975 Civil Servants Regulation in respect of the national police, the 1958 Civil Servants Regulation for the municipal police and the 1958 Wages Regulation for the police in connection with, inter alia, the flexibility of parental leave and the introduction of an office jubilee gratification for a tenure of 12,5 years, and the lengthening of the duration of the pregnancy- and confinement leave; b) to amend the 1968 Premium Savings Regulation for civil servants; c) to grant a once-only grant to police officers in 1992.
