| Résumé/Citation: | Adds to the category of persons compulsory insured under the Sickness Funds Act the young persons with whom a preparation agreement is concluded pursuant to the Youth Employment Guarantee Act and who are not considered as workers within the scope of the Sickness Act. Allows sickness funds to levy premiums over pensions paid pursuant to the General Old-Age Act. |
