Chapter 2 sets forth fundamental rights and freedoms, including freedom of assembly. Art. 17 of this chapter provides the right for employers or employees to take strike or lock-out action; Art. 20 relates to restrictions on right to practice a trade or profession. Chapter 3 governs the parliament (Riksdag). |
