Abstract/Citation
Indicates who is to be considered as a civil servant. Lays down provisions concerning wage attachment and clearance. Provides for a limitation of the right of association, assembly and demonstration when the discharge of the function or the good functioning of public service would be endangered by the exercise of these rights. Stipulates that a civil servant shall not be compelled to assume duties on feast-days. Regulates the special leave to participate in corporate boards or in trade unions. Imposes special obligations on civil servants filling a position of trust.
