Abstract/Citation
Provides for consultation between the Minister of the Interior and unions of civil servants at the national and regional level. Disputes arising during consultations shall be submitted for advice or arbitration to the Advice and Arbitration Commission. Service commissions composed of elected civil servants shall be further established in order to promote participation at the regional level. Disputes between the service commissions and the corps chief shall be submitted for advice to regional boards of advice.

Decree of 12 December 2000 to amend the Decree on the General Legal Position of the Police, the Decree on the payment of the Police, the Decree on the Medical Treatment of the Police 1994, the Decree on Consultation and Participation of the Police 1994, and the Decree on the Legal Position of Voluntary Police, in connection with the supplementary flexible exit regulation of the police (AFUP) to replace the functional age dismissal.
