| Résumé/Citation: | Provides for consultation between the Minister of the Interior and unions of civil servants at the national and regional level. Disputes arising during consultations shall be submitted for advice or arbitration to the Advice and Arbitration Commission. Service commissions composed of elected civil servants shall be further established in order to promote participation at the regional level. Disputes between the service commissions and the corps chief shall be submitted for advice to regional boards of advice. |
