Comprises 9 Chapters and 104 Sections. Chapter I contains general provisions. Chapter II regulates the appointment of police officers. Chapter III deals with service time. Chapter IV governs holidays. Chapter V deals with leave and Chapter VI with extraordinary leave. Chapter VII regulates occupational medical accompaniment and makes provisions with regard to sickness and pregnancy. Chapter VIII defines further rights and duties of police officers. Chapter IX concerns penalties and Chapter X suspension and dismissal. Chapter XI provides for temporary and final provisions.
