Abstract/Citation
Lays down detailed rules with respect to the provision of facilities by industries. Facilities are provided to persons insured under the General Incapacity Act in order to maintain, restore or improve their capacity for work, or in order to improve their conditions of life. A compensation may also be granted for expenses incurred by employers for accomodations made in favour of handicapped employees.

Decree of 15 July 1994 to amend the Relief Schemes (Legal Status and Conditions of Employment) Decree and to repeal the Relief Schemes (Voluntary Early Retirement) Decree, in connection with the regulation of the pension rights, the benefits relating to the complementary old-age provision and the benefits relating to voluntary early retirement, by foundations that must be established for that purpose.
