||Comprises 5 Parts. Part I deals with rules of conduct to be observed during preparation and execution of a takeover bid in order to protect the interests of shareholders. Part II concerns rules of conduct to be observed during mergers of undertakings in order to protect the interests of the employees. Before reaching a merger agreement, the undertakings concerned must inform employees' associations and the Commission for merger concerns. Associations are allowed to give their opinion on the merger, from the point of view of the employees' interests. Part III contains provisions with respect to the information concerning mergers to be provided to the public authorities. Part IV concerns the Commission for merger concerns.
