Abstract/Citation
The municipalities shall establish a tripartite Social Provision of Employment Commission with advisory power. Each municipality shall organize employment projects in order to promote opportunities to work in adapted circumstances for persons capable of working, but for whom the possibility to work in normal circumstances does not exist. Defines the legal position and conditions of work of persons employed under this Act.
