Abstract/Citation
Deals with measures that may be taken by the Minister of Social Affairs and Employment in order to reduce the collective bargaining freedom: a) each collective agreement shall be notified to the Minister; b) on application by employers or employers' associations and workers' associations, or by the Labour Foundation, the Minister may lay down rules the subject-matter of which is the same as that of a collective agreement and that shall apply for a period not exceeding 2 years; c) the Minister may lay down rules concerning wages and other working conditions, if a sudden emergency situation of the national economy, caused by convulsive factors, requires measures connected with the level of wage costs.
