| Résumé/Citation: | Stipulates that employers send notice to Inspectors of period of work in respect of adolescent or child workers, and that surgeons examine any child or adolescent wishing to work in an establishment falling under provisions of the Employment of Children Act 1991. Employers shall maintain a register of child workers. Also sets forth provisions relating to hygiene, ventilation, drinking water, fire precautions and dangerous machinery in work places where child workers are employed. |
