Details how work with materials containing asbestos is to be organized in order to minimize occupational health hazards. Imposes general and common as well as individual and particular obligations on all parties involved in directing and executing work with materials containing asbestos. Establishes maximum levels of asbestos at working sites to be measured regularly. Includes requirements regarding safety training.
