Abstract/Citation
The present Decree contains a standardization with regard to the levying of sanctions within the framework of the General Assistance Act ("Algemene Bijstandswet [Abw]"), the Act on the provision of Income for Elderly and Partially Disabled Unemployed Workers ("Wet inkomensvoorziening oudere en gedeeltelijk arbeidsongeschikte werkloze werknemers [IOAW]"), the Act on the Provision of Income for Elderly and Paritally Disabled Formerly Self-Employed Persons ("Wet inkomensvoorziening oudere en gedeeltelijke arbeidsongeschikte gewesen zelfstandigen [IOAZ]"). The sanction standardization is composed of a categorization of activities which relate to the non-observance of duties/resonsibilities that follow from the receipt of social benefits/allowances.
