Abstract/Citation
This amendment concerns the calculation of insurance payments to persons who are insured under the obligatory Sickness Fund Act so as to bring the Sickness Fund into harmony with the Act of 23 December 1994 which amended the Wage Tax Act 1964 as well as related amendments (in Stb.936, 1994) and to bring the administration of insurance payments into line with the Coordination Act Social Insurance ("CSV"). The Obligatory Sickness Insurance Act amended in the present Decree was first enacted in Stb.747, 1972, and was previously amended in Stb.767, 1994-10-26.
