Second Region

This Decree concerns benefit and salary regulations for all teaching personnel in connection with amendments to the following: Legal Status Decree for Teaching Personnel (Stb.110, 1985, most recently amended in Stb.817, 1994), the agricultural apprenticeship Decree, Work Conditions in the Legal Position Civil Servants Decree (HBO) (Stb.424, 1993, most recently amended in Stb.100, 1994), Workers Disability Regulations (introduction of year-end benefit for support teaching personnel), Legal Status Regulation for academic hospital teaching staff (Stb.23, 1992, most recently amended in Stb.700, 1994), Renumeration Decree for Scientific Teaching staff (Stb.439, 1987, most recently amended in Stb.594, 1993), unemployment and research personnel (Stb. 100, 1994), and the Legal Position Regulation for Scientific Teaching (Stb.393, 1987, most recently amended in Stb.72, 1995).
