| Résumé/Citation: | Amends the Aliens Control Act, 1991. Inter alia, clarifies definition of "customary union" and "marriage" for the purpose of immigration procedures, and regulates anew the administration of the Immigrants Selection Board, as well as the issue of residence and immigration permits. Also provides new regulations concerning the punishment and removal of persons not complying with immigration regulations. |
