| Résumé/Citation: | Further amends Housing Benefit (General) Regulations 1987, the Housing Benefit (Supply of Information) Regulations 1988 and the Council Tax Benefit (General) Regulations 1992. Makes and further amends provisions relating to maximum benefit in cases where housing benefit or council tax benefit was payable, by providing for a further, extended, payment of benefit in prescribed circumstances and makes provision for the effect of such payments on any further grant of benefit. |
