Résumé/Citation: Prohibits discrimination between male and female employees involving failure to pay equal pay for equal work. Sets forth penalties for violation of the Act, allows courts to order payment of arrears, and provides for inspectors to investigate complaints in relation to the Act. The Schedule sets forth a mediation procedure for complaints in terms of the Act.
