Résumé/Citation: |
Amends provisions of the Occupational Pension Schemes (Preservation and Benefit) Regulations 1991 relating to the securing of short service benefit by an insurance policy or annuity contract, and concerning conditions to be satisfied before a member's rights can be transferred from one scheme to another without consent. Also inserts a new s. 5A into the Personal Pensions Schemes (Disclosure of Information) Regulations 1987, requiring a personal pension scheme to inform a member within 3 months if it does not receive a payment of contributions. |
