| Résumé/Citation: | Provides regulations on the vocational training of apprentices in skilled trades. Employers who wish to train apprentices must meet requirements set forth in the Act; employers who have violated provisions enumerated in s. 4 are prohibited from training apprentices. Also sets out general provisions with respect to mutual occupational duties of the employers in their capacity as trainers, as well as the responsibilities of apprentices. Consolidated text. |
