Résumé/Citation: Provides for special holiday regulations in certain areas of the construction industry, enumerated in subsection 1(2). Employees are entitled to thirty days paid leave after they have worked at least 46 weeks. Should the employee become ill during paid leave, the days of illness shall not be counted as paid leave. Also provides for severance pay if an employment contract is cancelled by the employer and the employee has worked at least 6 months. Further claims to severance pay are specified in s. 13b.
