Schedule 1 amends provisions of the Migration Act, 1958. Inter alia, inserts a new section 366A relating to the proceedings of the Refugee Review Tribunal. Schedule 2 amends the Immigration Education Act, 1971, providing a new calculation formula of the applicable fee limit for educational courses.
