Abstract/Citation
Permits foreign workers who are unemployed to register with the employment benefits organization in the Netherlands. This applies to all foreigners who were employed under Article 9 of the Foreigners' Act and who have unwillingly lost their jobs. (See also: Stb. 405 and 406 of Aug.23, 1995 which come into effect together with this Decree and which also concern foreign workers).
