Abstract/Citation
Provides comprehensive regulations for the health insurance plan known as MediShield. Part II defines persons covered under MediShield, and regulates premiums and claims. Part III provides general provisions relating to termination of insurance. Three attached schedules set forth medical treatments covered and respective benefits. The First Schedule excludes congenital conditions, mental illness, pregnancy and HIV-related illnesses from coverage.
