Amendments to provisions relating to, inter alia, definitions of business professions, interdependency, spouses, and domestic workers as used in visa or entry permit applications. Also contains special provisions regarding Burmese and Cambodian visa seekers (sections 17 & 18). Inserts Schedule 1 relating to domestic violence and Schedule 2 relating to interdependency. Made under Migration Act 1958.
