Second Region

Introduces a government programme to stimulate the labour market by encouraging employers to hire low-wage earners and by covering/reducing some social/health insurance costs through public funding. These amendments refer to the following earlier Acts and amendments: Stb.552, 1987, most recently amended in Stb.750, 1993; Stb.391, 1992, and Stb.127, 1989, both recently amended in Stb.465, 1994.
