Second Region

The purpose of these amendments is to provide for more competitive industrial and business incentives through the lifting of certain taxes on property and assets to facilitate greater employment opportunities. These amendments refer to the 1964 Property/Capital Tax Act (Stb. 520) of which the latest earlier amendment was Stb. 927, 1994. Amendments to the Coordination Act on Social Security refer to Stb. 552 of 1987 which was most recently amended in Stb.930, 1994.
