Second Region

Stipulates that private sector employers must pay the wages of workers earning 100 dinars or more through a Kuwaiti bank. The workers concerned are required to open accounts in Kuwaiti banks for that purpose. Employers must post a list of the names and nationalities of all their workers in a visible location at their workplace.
