Résumé/Citation: Restricts public employees' right to appeal to the Government, administrative tribunal or administrative authority in cases dealt with under the Labour Disputes Act (No. 371 of 1974) [LS 1977-Swe. 3 (cons.)]. However, this does not apply to decisions taken by the employer in accordance with agreements, nor to decisions taken by the municipal board of appeal (under s. 3 of Ch. 7 of the Act (No. 179 of 1977) on municipalities).
