Abstract/Citation
Incorporates into Swedish law the treaties and other instruments referred to and contained in the Proclamation of Agreements and other Instruments relevant to the Accession of Sweden to the European Union (1994:1501), and delegates to the Community the power to make decisions to the extent and with the effect that follows from these treaties and other instruments. Repeals the Act (1992:1317) respecting the European Economic Area and the Act (1972:762) respecting prices on the Coal and Steel market.
