Amendments in respect of, inter alia, eligible non-citizens, most beneficial bridging visas, detention of eligible non-citizens, and classes of visas. Includes amendments relating to applicants seeking to enter Australia to work in accordance with a labour agreement and having qualifications and experience suitable for the position to be taken by them under the labour agreement. Made under the Migration Act 1958.
