| Résumé/Citation: | This Order exempts, inter alia, Commonwealth citizens generally, and more specifically citizens of India and of Bangladesh holding certain types of visas, as well as transport workers from these two countries, from the requirement to comply with the registration requirements in the Registration of Foreigners Act of 1939 and the Registration of Foreigners Rules of 1966. Exempted are also diplomats and other foreigners holding certain similar functions as well as persons in transit through Pakistan. Citizens of Iran and Turkey, who intend to remain no longer than three months in Pakistan are also exempted. |
