| Résumé/Citation: | This Act authorizes the Federal Government, by order, to prohibit, limit or change the conditions for foreigners entering or residing in Pakistan at its absolute discretion. Masters of vessels, pilots on aircrafts and hotel-keepers are required to furnish any and all information required regarding their passengers or guests. Offences against theAct are criminally sanctioned. |
