Résumé/Citation: |
Provides that employers and workers shall cooperate to attain equality at work; they shall, in particular, endeavour to ensure that pay differentials are eliminated as between women and men who perform equal work or work considered to be of equal value. Inserts a new section 9a obliging employers to delineate pay differentials between women and men (on a yearly basis; employers with less than 10 workers are excluded). Provides that collective agreements on matters referred to in sections 4 to 11 do not exempt employers from the obligations under these sections. Other amendments include prohibited sex discrimination (section 18) and the right to institute proceedings (section 46). |
