| Résumé/Citation: | Extends South African citizenship to certain citizens of the Republics of Transkei, Bophuthatswana, Venda and Ciskei with effect from 1 January 1994. Removes the need to maintain previous practice to grant blanket exemptions to citizens from these States, in order for them to be allowed to take up employment in South Africa. |
