Second Region

Provides that a member against whom a decision has been made by the Parliamentary Party under subsection (2) may, within ten days, make an appeal before the Speaker of the National Assembly or Provincial Assembly or the Chairman of the Senate, as the case may be, who shall decide the appeal within thirty days.
