Résumé/Citation: Applies to all employees who are subject to the Employment Act. States that an employer may negotiate with his employee or employees, individually or collectively, as to whether or not the employee or group of employees may be called upon to work overtime, and such an agreement shall form part of the contract of employment of the employee or group of employees. Where no specific mention is made either orally or in writing, that which is generally in practice for the comparable category of employees in the relevant industry shall apply. Made under the Minimum Wages and Conditions of Employment Act.
