Second Region

Provides that cash labour market assistance is payable for a maximum of 150 days. Where the beneficiary has reached the age of 55 before the end of the benefit period, assistance is payable for 300 days. Where the beneficiary has reached the age of 60, assistance is payable for 450 days. No assistance is payable for the period during which the beneficiary participates in activities for development of working life.
